mo·dus (noun) The Method
I started MODUS after realising that the biggest barrier to better health isn’t motivation — it’s time.
I’ve been fortunate to witness the benefits of fitness retreats first hand. However, most people can’t step away from their lives to access that level of care. I wanted to take that service and integrate it into busy people's lives.
After my own health scares and years of corporate burnout, it became clear that life is short — and health needs to fit into real schedules, not compete with them. MODUS was built to remove friction and make meaningful, measurable health improvement attainable for people with full calendars and high standards.
It's a series of systems to help you reclaim your health and energy. To give you more time to spend with the people you love, doing what you love. This is about quality time and longevity. Not just another personal trainer.

Hi, I'm Kieran Guffick, and my mission is to facilitate a healthy lifestyle for busy professionals, athletes and parents alike. I want to share my passion for sport and health with others.
I grew up in London with the grind culture. I know the pressures of prioritising your career. That's exactly why I developed Modus – to offer you a clear, practical solution. Integrated into your life.
I love developing new skills and learning from a multitude of training disciplines, taking from each. Particuarly enjoying CrossFit / Olympic Lifting. Although my knees don't always enjoy running.
